Welcome to Azur Charleston (“Azur,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website https://www.azurcharleston.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

  • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation or purchase any services through the Site.

  • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Site.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Azur Charleston.

  • A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Please provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a $25 cancellation fee, at our discretion.

  • For special events dinners, cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the event will result in the client being charged full price.

  • For special events with private room rental:

    • The deposit is non-refundable.

    • Full payment for the event is due 60 days prior to the event.

  • We reserve the right to determine whether to charge the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

4. Underage Alcohol Policy:

  • Azur Charleston does not serve alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age, in compliance with federal and state law.

  • Valid government-issued identification is required for alcohol service.

  • Any guest attempting to consume alcohol underage may be refused service and asked to leave the premises.

5. Payment and Fees

  • Prices for services, menu items, events, or special offers are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment for reservations, events, or online purchases will be processed via our secure third-party payment processor.

  • We are not responsible for errors in pricing, taxes, or fees that result from technical or typographical errors.

6. User Content

  • You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, feedback, or other content (“User Content”).

  • By submitting User Content, you grant Azur a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the content in connection with the Site and our business.

  • You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Charleston, South Carolina.
